A Visual Language in Constant Evolution: From Realism to Fragmentation

Belin is a self-taught artist who, from an early age, developed a unique visual language—a synthesis between realism and abstraction that challenges traditional artistic categories.

His first artistic tool, the spray can, established a raw and direct connection with creation, free from academic restrictions. This instinctive relationship with art allowed him to develop a technique that combines the precision of hyperrealism with cubist deconstruction, resulting in a distinctive aesthetic that transcends muralism and expands into other media.

His career has been marked by a constant evolution. In his early years, Belin focused on large-scale realism, mastering anatomy and expressiveness with an almost photographic precision.

Over time, his visual language began to transform. Image fragmentation did not emerge as a sudden shift but as the result of continuous exploration—a need to go beyond traditional representation.

His work gradually took on a more conceptual nature, where deconstruction and overlapping planes create a fragmented perception of reality. This process is not only technical but also philosophical: a reflection on identity, memory, and the way we perceive the world in an era of visual overexposure.

Belin’s art is not just a technical or stylistic expression; it is also an extension of his evolution as a human being.

His life is deeply intertwined with his artistic journey, where discovering art is, in itself, a path of self-knowledge and transformation. As a creator, partner, and father, his vision has been shaped by personal experiences that have refined his sensitivity.

His work reflects this maturity, exploring not only visual fragmentation but also the emotional fragments that make up existence. In every stroke, every color, and every composition, there is a story of learning, discovery, and personal growth.

Today, his work is an exploration of form, color, and perception.

His post-neocubist approach reinterprets the foundations of cubism, breaking reality down into dynamic layers that challenge space, emotion, and time. His mastery of spray realism allows him to create highly precise compositions while simultaneously breaking them apart, playing with abstraction and movement to reveal the complexity of human expression.

With more than two decades of experience, Belin has left his mark in cities such as New York, Paris, London, Colombia, Mexico, and Dakar, exhibiting his work in museums, international art fairs, and iconic public spaces.

His ability to blend classical art principles with urban contemporary influences has been recognized by institutions such as the Instituto Cervantes in Dakar, the STRAAT Museum in the Netherlands, and in official events attended by the Kings of Spain and the Netherlands.

Beyond muralism, he has expanded his creativity into sculpture, fashion, and collaborations with renowned brands, always staying true to his essence: a constant evolution that never loses its roots in the streets.

He has worked on major projects with organizations such as UNESCO and the Spanish Embassy in Belgium, further solidifying his international impact.

In 2025, his work continues to push the boundaries of art, establishing him as a key figure in the contemporary scene.

Every stroke Belin makes defies convention, challenges time, and declares that art knows no limits.
